Collaborate with bid managers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to understand bid requirements and develop design concepts that align with OCS branding guidelines and customers' expectations.

Design and produce a wide range of bid support materials, including but not limited to proposal templates, presentations, infographics, charts, diagrams, and digital assets.

Translate technical information and data into visually appealing graphics and illustrations that effectively convey key messages and differentiate OCS from competitors.

Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, and imagery across all bid collateral, maintaining high quality and professionalism.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a bid support or proposal development role within the facilities services or related industry.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word).

Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills, a keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality design work.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing project requirements.

Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently, prioritise tasks, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

Knowledge of print and digital production processes, including file preparation and optimisation for various output formats.
