Undertaking a range of specialised clerical and administrative duties within a team to ensure the smooth running of the department

Processing critical documents and information received from numerous sources within the relevant company systems

Obtaining, formatting, and analysing data from several sources to produce reports, schedules, summaries and letters for Stakeholders

Take actions at meetings and or attend and participate when required, This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Platform Complex Systems Team which support the delivery of the AUKUS Programme, with an aim to build a new elevated submarine and incorporating the latest and most advanced technologies from the UK, Australia, and USA. Here you will undertake a range of specialist administrative duties and will also have the opportunity to focus on your personal growth and development.

Demonstrated administrative experience with the ability to extract, analyse and manipulate data and format to meet customer requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
