Full Job Description
- Designs and develops web interfaces for relational database systems.
- Establishes methods to ensure appropriate website security and recovery.
- Writes and publishes content for the website.
- Meeting with clients to discuss requirements and/or project progress.
- Demonstrating and receiving feedback about draft sites
- Keeping up to date with recent technological and software developments
- Developing skills and expertise in appropriate software/programming languages including Html, Java script and other software.
- Tests website interaction and performance prior to going 'live' also monitor and maintains functionality of the website.
- Producing products that are user-friendly, effective, and appealing.
- Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Writing and editing content through Content Management System
- Designing webpage layout
- Determining technical requirements
- Updating websites and Search Engine Optimisation
- Creating back up files
- Solving code problems & debugging
- Activating the 'live' websites
- Producing sample sites
- Fundamentals of design imaging
- Regular exposure to business stakeholders and executive management, as well as the authority and scope to apply your expertise to technical problems.
