Tiptrans.com is a package forwarding company.

We let the customers from every corner of the Earth buy goods in the United Kingdom and get them forwarded to their country. Our network includes hubs in Shenzhen, Germany, the Czech Republic, Hong Kong, and the UK.

Our warehouse is located in Bootle (Liverpool), L204DY (see map).

We expect you to

• receive packages, take a photo of them, and add them to our internal system


• consolidate (re-pack) packages


• Follow customers' orders (like attaching a document, split package, etc.)


• mail out the packages by one of our carriers


• send packages in person via the local post office (until we manage to have a pickup service)


• follow our ad-hoc requirements (like collecting information from the different websites, etc.)


• record bills to our accounting software


• speak and write fluently English; any other language will be considered as an advantage (customer support)


• be customer-oriented


• provide customer support by phone, chat, and email


• work Mon - Fri 9:00 - 17:00, occasionally on Sat (not more than two or three Sat in one year)
