Full Job Description
- Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities
- Providing one-on-one assistance to students with SEND
- Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
- Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Location: Blyth - Working Hours: Monday to Friday (no weekends)
- Experience: Prior experience in an SEND setting is highly beneficial
- Age Range: Comfortable working with a range of ages
- DBS Requirement: An enhanced DBS on the update service is required., Prior experience in an SEND school or similar setting is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with SEND
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check if not already on the update service
