Full Job Description
- Analyse files and prepare quotations in line with clients' expectations
- Liaise and negotiate with linguists
- Perform Quality Assurance tasks and short translations where required
- Customer service (emails, answering calls)
- Linguist database updates as required
- Ad-hoc admin tasks
- University degree (preferably in linguistic/translation related studies)
- Native speaking or very good command of English
- Attention to details while multitasking and time management
- Communication, negotiation and organisational skills
- Problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
- Understanding of key financial principles
- Customer-focused, keen to exceed client expectations
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with different file formats
- Flexibility to work independently, as part of a team and under supervision
- Customer service skills/experience
- Proficient knowledge of other languages
- Proven knowledge and use of CAT Tools (e.g. SDL Trados Studio, MemoQ)

A successful candidate will have a background in languages and a positive attitude in order to make an impact from the outset.,
