Trainee Underfloor Heating Installer

As a Trainee Installer you will be responsible for assisting with underfloor heating installations whilst working under the supervision of the Operations Manager. You will work within the domestic and commercial industry, both locally to High Wycombe and surrounding areas. Occasional work in other regions may be required for brief periods at a time with overnight, expensed stay away required depending on work schedule in other areas of the UK. Full training will be provided with an active hand's on approach via installing under supervision from other installers and/or your Operations Manager.

No previous underfloor heating experience is necessary as full training will be provided in house.

A Trainee Installer will carry out the following:

• Installation of UFH systems on both domestic and commercial sites


• Responsible with assisting you partner installer with ensuring the works are delivered safely and to specification


• Work to the highest possible standards


• Driving to/from work sites (Driving time included as paid hours)
  
  Full Driving licence


• Living in or around High Wycombe


• Able to work overtime as required


• Must be able to stay away from home as required


• Be able to work on own initiative and become a key asset within the installation teams


• Excellent customer service skills


• An excellent communicator with an ability to receive and deliver verbal instruction


Required:

• Well driven individual, with a willingness to learn and adapt


• Provide basic disclosure certificate


Desirable:

• Ideally hold a CSCS Skill card or equivalent for construction site works
