Full Job Description
- Working within the operations team you will assist the coordination and running a team of lightning conductor fitters in the London area.
- Assisting in the timely delivery of works to a high standard, you will ensure costs are controlled and planned profit margins are maintained or improved through scheduling works, managing resource, labour and materials alongside assisting on people management issues.
- Assisting in providing technical support and guidance to clients you will be their first point of contact developing key relationships helping to generate repeat business.
- Promoting and maintaining Health & Safety standards you will be confident in completing risk/method statements, auditing sites and closely monitoring site progress through site surveys and effective performance management of a field-based team.
The successful candidate will adopt a 'hands on' approach with an ability to build respect from peers, work well under pressure and efficiently help to drive a team forwards. - Company car

You will possess contract management experience, have an ability to professionally communicate at all levels, ensuring operational excellence is achieved.
Experience within the contracting, electrical or construction industry with an electrical or lightning protection knowledge would be a distinct advantage, you will thrive on problem solving tasks and have excellent organisational skills.
Some travel and the ability to adopt a flexible working pattern to respond and meet operational requirements will be required to fulfil this role.
A good knowledge of Microsoft packages will be required. An understanding of construction-based Health and Safety would be advantageous.
