Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity to take on a role where you can make a real difference? We’re recruiting for temporary hourly paid Administration Assistants to assist with our student enrolment process.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand on their skills in customer service, administration support and the management of data.

You will need excellent attention to detail, ensuring that our student records are accurate and of good quality, a Level 2 or equivalent in Numeracy and Literacy and experience in using IT packages, particularly Word and Excel.

These positions are short term, and you must be flexible between Monday 19 August 2024 until 6 September 2024. You will be required to complete some further documentation and to undertake a data and accuracy exercise for the selection process onsite at City College Norwich.

Please note: From 28 November 2020 the government implemented changes to the filtering rules, and we have been instructed that we cannot accept any update service checks on DBS certificates that have been issued before this date. Therefore, a new one must be completed with City College Norwich.
