Full Job Description

· Lead technical projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines and high-quality standards.

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.

· Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish technical solutions.

· Design, develop and implement software solutions, ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

· Conduct reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain quality and adherence to best practices.

· Stay up to date on new technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on existing systems and processes.

· Identify and address any technical risks and issues proactively, proposing viable solutions to mitigate potential disruptions.

We are currently seeking an experience Technical Lead with in-depth knowledge and proficiency in Azure, AWS, Networking Microsoft Server, Azure DevOps, FortiGate and VMware. The successful candidate will primarily focus on technical consulting and leading the technical projects., · Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.

· Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an IT Services and IT consulting environment.

· In-depth understanding of Azure, AWS, Microsoft Server, Azure DevOps, FortiGate and VMware.

· Excellent problem- solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues.

· Strong communication and client management skills.

· The ability to work in a fast- paced, dynamic environment.

· Must reside within a 25- mile radius of Stafford.

Essential Skills:

· Exceptional customer service.

· Experience within IT service delivery

· Experience with Office 365

· Background in using helpdesk software.

· Proven ability to troubleshoot computer issues.

· Excellent standard of written and spoken English.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Experience working with clients at a senior level.

· Full UK driving license.

Desired Skills:

· Experience in Cloud (AWS or Azure) Linux, Windows.

· Experience of networking.

· Excellent understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and ITIL methodologies.

· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

· Experience working with a range of clients and products.,
