Team Leader

We offer the highest quality domiciliary care (also known as home care), supporting customers in their own home.

You must be a Car Driver, You will be expected to guide & support the team members & work closely with the Area Manager

You will have experience in the homecare setting and leading/supporting team members, you will be passionate about ensuring the service we deliver is tailored to the individual needs of our customers and follows our person-centered approach.

You will have a proven record of working within a care setting, managing rotas, supervising and leading teams & developing care plans/risk assessments is desirable along with NVQ/Diploma Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care, or working towards.

You must have:

Full and valid UK driving licence
Access to a car
Right to work in the UK
Excellent level of English

Salary: Support - £12.72 per hour weekdays & £12.92 per hour at weekends, enhancement for Bank Holidays
