Full Job Description

  • Maintain information customer and site database system keeping it up to date with customer contract details / information and site information.

  • Support customer fault database, including IO38 reports detailing each action carried out by Kenda to resolve.

  • Coordinate annual Elexon Audits:-

  • Coordination of TAA audit dates with regulatory body and Kenda representative

  • Prepare pre-audit paperwork

  • Coordinating the collection and filing of post audit paperwork to close out audit findings

  • Support engineers and clients when faults are reported. Where site visits are required to resolve faults, liaise with the planning manager to ensure they are scheduled in.


  • Coordinate customer returns

  • Communicating quotations for warranty work

  • Complete periodic KPI reports for Kenda and customers

  • Carry out any other reasonable management requests

    Do you have experience providing administrative support across multiple teams including project and engineering and managing a client database?, Attention to detail

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Ability to prioritise

  • Ownership of task through to completion

  • Ability to multi-task

  • An ability to communicate with a variety of audiences (both verbal & written) and develop internal & external relationships

  • Good administration / organisational skills

  • Teamwork / ability to work using own initiative

  • IT - Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

  • Maths & English (A to C / 7 to 4)
