Full Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure efficient order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, logistics, and warehouse operations.
- Duties:
- Manage and optimize warehouse processes to meet order fulfillment targets
- Supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols
- Utilize transportation management systems for efficient product distribution
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) for seamless order processing
- Proficient in AS400 system for inventory tracking and management
- Oversee inventory control, including cycle counts and stock replenishment
In-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Experience with transportation management systems
- Strong background in warehouse operations and logistics
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Familiarity with business processes related to order fulfillment
- Skilled in implementing continuous improvement strategies within a warehouse setting
