Join our team as a driver and play a crucial role in elevating our guests' experience at our stunning estate. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide buggy and shuttle rides, ensuring every interaction is friendly, prompt, and helpful, in harmony with our dedicated host teams. You'll be responsible for delighting guests with top-notch service, meticulously planning your day with colleagues, and keeping our fleet in pristine condition. Daily duties also include maintaining open communication with team members, prepping vehicles for the next day, performing essential health and safety checks, and lending a hand wherever needed. What we can offer

  • Exceptional organisational skills

  • Happy talking with customers on a daily basis, you have excellent communication skills

  • You are responsive and proactive, addressing issues as soon as they arise and working with the team to resolve

  • You are confident with route planning and scheduling

  • Previous experience of operational driving beneficial, but not essential

  • You have a current license which you have held for a minimum of 5 years
