Senior Software Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Test Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Software Test Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing and troubleshooting. You will work closely with the development team to identify and resolve any issues, as well as create and execute test plans to ensure proper functionality., Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing
- Perform functional testing, system testing, and regression testing to identify any defects or issues
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve software defects
- Utilize tools such as Jira to track and manage defects throughout the testing process
- Conduct performance testing to ensure optimal software performance
- Participate in code reviews to provide feedback on code quality and testability
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Node.js
- Experience with both waterfall and agile development methodologies
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams
