Required Experience:

· Minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment within an agency

· Proven track record of sourcing and securing new clients

· Experience in managing client relationships

· Experience in permanent, temporary and contract staff recruitment

· Experience in recruiting across multiple sectors

· Experience in managing a team is advantageous

· Comprehensive knowledge of good working practices within a recruitment agency

Earnings of over £250,000 in year 5!

This is the end of 10% commission per placement, you get a minimum of 80% of client fees!
