As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive at McCarthy Stone, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The role will be remotely based however you will be required to travel into London twice a month for team meets.,

• Lead the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and online advertising.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between digital marketing strategies and overall business objectives.


• Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, ensuring effective targeting, budget management, and performance analysis.


• Oversee the company's social media presence, driving engagement and brand advocacy within the target demographic.


• Analyze data and metrics to track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance McCarthy Stone's digital marketing capabilities.


• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support digital marketing initiatives.


• Collaborate with the content team to ensure that digital content is aligned with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.


• Lead the creation of compelling email marketing campaigns, from strategy and segmentation to execution and analysis.


• Implement strategies to enhance McCarthy Stone's online presence, ensuring a seamless user experience across digital platforms.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms.


• Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.


• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.


• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.


• Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and content aesthetics.


• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.


• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
