Sales / Lettings Negotiator

You must be a team player, hard working, organised, enthusiastic, pro active, willing to go the extra mile, have good IT knowledge, be happy in a very busy office environment and bring a strong customer service ethos. Previous experience of working in an Estate and Letting Agency would be a big advantage.

You will be involved in all aspects of the letting and selling of properties. This will include dealing with sellers, buyers, landlords, solicitors, surveyors, tenants and sub-contractors on a daily basis.

The role is full time and will include half day Saturday on a rotational basis. Primarily based at the Richmond office, you will also be expected to work from the Catterick office on a rotational basis. The role is office based.

Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles is preferred

- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
