Roofing repairs co-ordinator

We are seeking a experienced Roofing works Coordinator to join our team. The Roofing works Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day to day roofing repairs inquiries, booking appointments, booking work in with customers and ensuring that work booked in runs smoothly and efficiently in terms of communication with all parties., Coordinate workflow for multiple roof works on daily basis
- Produce work sheets from supplied surveys including an element of schedule rates pricing
- Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
- Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption

- Be main focus of incoming calls regarding roofing repair works
- Assist framework bid information on roofing tenders along with PQQ submissions
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports to key customers

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience with IT works, spreadsheets, word etc
- Knowledge of construction terminology, roofing works knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
- Ability to read and interpret surveys
- Familiarity with various IT applications
- Understanding of construction operations

- CSCS card would be required, training can be provided

- Full UK driving license

A company van will be provided to the right applicant
