Recruitment Consultant

We are currently looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our team in Congleton. As an Internal Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates to fill various care roles within our business and supporting these candidates through the recruitment process - from interview to onboarding.,

• Screening applicants in alignment with job descriptions.


• Sourcing and selecting candidates, utilising company job boards, CV databases and social media.


• Updating candidate tracking systems.


• Assisting hiring managers during interviews.


• Providing feedback to candidates after interviews.


• Supporting candidates through the onboarding process.
  
  Strong written communication and IT skills.


• The ability to work independently


• Confidence on the telephone is advantageous.


• Experience working in a recruitment/sales environment is beneficial but not a requirement.
