Receptionist for Beauty Salon

We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable receptionist to join our team on Saturdays and Mondays. As the first point of contact for our salon, the receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients. In addition to managing appointments and handling inquiries, the receptionist will also be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the salon.,

• Greet clients warmly and assist them with scheduling appointments


• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous manner


• Manage the salon's appointment calendar efficiently


• Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions


• Maintain a clean and organized reception area


• Assist stylists and technicians with various tasks as needed


• Promote and recommend packages which are appropriate to customer needs
  
  Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred, preferably in a salon or similar environment.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficiency in using salon management software or willingness to learn new systems quickly.


• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a commitment to ensuring that every client has a positive experience at our salon.


• Flexibility to work on Saturdays and Mondays, with the possibility of additional hours or days as needed during busy periods.
