Reactive Maintenance Engineer

Looking for an exciting position within a successful Maintenance, Development and Construction company who are partnered with a leading Serviced Accommodation business?

MAINTY Group of companies are seeking highly motivated, results and quality driven individuals to join our Property Maintenance Division. A driving licence is essential, and experience in multi-trade applications. Various locations daily and must be willing to attend Callouts when business requires.

• A 'hands on' approach and 'can do' attitude for day-to-day issues


• Able to adapt quickly to situations as they arise with a sense of urgency


• Organised, hardworking and conscientious


• Attention to detail


• Experience in maintenance/grounds tasks


• General knowledge of plumbing and electrics


• Experience in a similar role desired


• Full Driving Licence


This is a full-time role which will involve supporting clients and owners whilst balancing the day-to-day work load, including PPM Works, general repairs along with ensuring that the grounds of the properties are maintained and presented to the highest possible standards.

Requirements

• Driving license is ideal (2 years of driving experience)


• Full training will be given


• Flexibility to work shifts


• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards and expectations.


• Ability to follow instructions average shift could be between 8-10hrs dependant on jobs
