Radley - Part Time Sales Assistants

We have an exciting opportunity for two Part time Sales Assistants within our Gunwharf Quays Outlet Store. Every person within the Radley family plays a valuable part in ensuring we continually strive to be better and make a significant contribution in driving the success of the business.

Key responsibilities for the role include providing an exceptional level of customer service ensuring that by the end of their experience in store, customers leave with a beaming smile on their face. Offering customers, a positive and enthusiastic service and prioritising the customers' needs at all times. Offering great brand and product knowledge. Taking an active interest in learning and adopting the Radley approach to selling and resolving customer complaints. Processing transactions with efficiency and accuracy and a strong focus on selling: to strive to meet and exceed personal and team targets.

Hours: 8 hours per week, must be flexible and willing to work Bank Holiday, weekends and late nights. Two positions available.
