Due to our continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced full-time Quantity Surveyor, with house-building experience, to take a pro-active role within the current team., Comprehensive knowledge of the house-building industry

Good negotiation skills

Ability to recognise value engineering solutions

High competency in Groundworks is very important.

Excellent people skills and team player with both office and site staff

Strong IT skills including excel, word and outlook

Hold a full driving licence

This role is an opportunity for somebody who enjoys being part of a team and variety of work. The applicant needs to show their ability to deal with all aspects of quantity surveying.
