Full Job Description

Mitigating risk is what we do - we want to build confidence in our product and you will play a vital part in this. Working alongside various stakeholders, you will be one of the many guardians of quality and stability of this project. Becoming a subject matter expert in not only QA, but finer details of the project - stakeholders will rely upon you for valuable input.

From handling day to day tasks through to more complex tasks, you will be ensuring and delivering quality services to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, network engineers, and product managers, to understand requirements, acceptance criteria, and user stories.

  • Communicating with offshore/onshore testers, scrum masters & product owners to ensure risk has been mitigated in the delivery of a project.

  • Preparing, maintaining, and executing test plans.

  • Have a good understanding of automated testing tools and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Identify data required for test execution.

  • Remain focussed on continuous improvement of testing process. Be actively involved in the fine-tuning to optimise QA results.

  • Multitasking and prioritising multiple diverse projects.

  • Performing regression testing.

  • Performing post release testing in live environments.

  • Using tools such as Postman, Sauce Labs, Perfecto, Jenkins, Jira.

  • Provide feedback on PoCs done to improve the testing process.

  • Knowledge on Accessibility Testing tools for Mobile Apps

  • Knowledge on Java, API Testing, Shell commands, SQL

    Relevant work experience in a testing role.

  • Experience with Programming Language - Java, Selenium, POM, Cucumber-BDD, GIT/Bitbucket, Jenkins or similar.

  • Postman/API and HTTP Methods

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Relationship management with stakeholders.

  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, and ALM.


  • Nice to have
  • ISTQB Foundation Certification.

  • Experience with JavaScript and Typescript, WebdriverIO.

  • Experience with remote cloud devices like Perfecto / Browserstack / Headspin or similar.
