Full Job Description

1. In your role, you'll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here's a flavour of your day-to-day:
2. Working with the brand team, store design, retail operations & other key stakeholders, understand the comprehensive list of needs for our new branding in our stores.
3. Engage key stakeholders to identify areas where the brand needs to be reviewed and updated.
4. Complete and sign off on the brief to our creative agency to determine how this will come to life across instore, digital & product.
5. Feeding into the brand steering group, ensure full buy in and support on finalised assets & direction.
6. Working alongside our 3rd party installation partner, review & critique over 350+ store packs to ensure they adhere to brand guidelines & parameters.
7. Alongside the Head of Marketing Operations, own the end to end, full project lifecycle from brief to installation.
8. Partnering with our finance business partner, accurately report on spend against budget, escalating any key concerns or savings as the project progresses.
9. Regularly review spend against forecast in line with Primark's accounting calendar, ensuring we are within forecast.
10. Working alongside the brand business partner, be responsible for all new briefs require development under the brand world, protecting the integrity of the brand strategy & adhering to brand principles.
11. Maintain the master project tracker using a phased approach, identifying key initial priorities and supporting on managing expectations & timelines for briefs.
12. Be able to spot opportunities to consolidate asks across teams to formulate one brief rather than many different asks.

1. Educated to degree level and have at least 3+ years PMO experience
2. Formal Project Management qualification
3. Experience in a fast-paced, global retail environment preferred
4. Strong commercial and financial acumen with previous budget mgmt. experience.
5. Self-motivated with the ability to be comfortable in an agile role
6. Proven ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate across multi country, diverse and multi-functional teams to effectively deliver business strategies
7. Effective communication skills enabling effective engagement with a diverse stakeholder group both across the business and externally
8. Effective and persuasive presentation skills, including the ability to present complex information in an understandable manner to all areas of the business
9. Collaborative team player demonstrating high levels of emotional intelligence and the ability to advance with professionalism.
10. Marketing experience or knowledge desirable but not a necessity.

Working with both internal & external partners, they will be responsible for supporting a large scale roll out of the brand across existing stores over the course of the 12 month term. You will work hand in hand with our 3rd party print partner, our retail colleagues, store design & our brand guardians to ensure the effective delivery of this project.
