You will have a suitable project management qualification (such as the APM PMQ or similar). As a natural collaborator and strong communicator, you will have worked with a variety of stakeholders and be used to working with cross functional teams, such as IT and procurement. You will have experience of delivering projects from inception to handover, preferably in the commercial real estate environment, although general fitout and building life cycle works will be considered.

You will be part of Workplace Solutions, in Workplace Solutions, we always do the right thing to support our 11,000 colleagues to work safely and collaboratively by operating and maintaining a diverse UK commercial workplace estate. As our Project Manager, you will directly manage a number of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) projects in our Project Management team, that operates within the Workplace Solutions function. You will lead on delivering multiple workplace projects across the UK estate at any one time including building fit-out, life cycle works, acquisitions and disposals activities. The last few years have fundamentally changed the approach to the workplace, with an increase in homeworking, hybrid working, and the facilities required for on-site workers. You will own and manage all projects from inception to practical completion and ensure delivery of a cost-effective, client-focused solution. This is a hands-on role operating in a dynamic commercial real estate environment.

This role will be an remote position whilst there is flexibility of working from home, there will be the requirement to travel for nationwide meetings when required. This will be discussed in more detail during the interview.
