Role and Responsibilities:

  • Set up templates (reports / letters)

  • Liaise with residents and surveyors to arrange appointments (corresponding via telephone, email, text and social media)

  • Update reports in MS Word and Excel

  • Provide excellent customer service to both clients and their residents

  • Keep customer and team informed of progress and outcomes

  • Support the team secretaries and administrative staff with ad-hoc day- to-day activities and tasks

    To apply for this role you must possess / be able to evidence:

  • Intermediate / advanced MS Windows skills (especially Word and Excel)

  • Experience of working in an administrative role

  • Ability to work on a variety of tasks throughout the working day

  • Confident dealing with sensitive issues

  • Able to communicate sensitively and empathetically when speaking with callers

  • Be assertive and able to ask questions

  • Able to gather information from a number of identified sources
