Production Supervisor

We are currently supporting a well-established food production company with the recruitment of an experienced food production operative who would be prepared to carry out manual tasks and support / assist the supervisor during shifts., The role will be based outside central Southampton and will be working in a chilled temperature-controlled environment with responsibilities to include the following:

• Manually moving items (between 5-20kg) from cold storage into production and packing items for despatch.


• Assisting with the production of food items and checking quality.


• Covering and supporting the supervisor with the daily running of the shop floor.


• Assisting with making products and working in a team.


Suitable candidates will need to have relevant food production experience and be physically fit and able as the role will be standing and lifting.

With the added responsibilities comes the uplift in hourly pay rate, and including attendance bonus you can earn up to £14 per hour., A great starting pay rate including bonus, discount on produce after a qualifying period, parking on site and overtime when available.,
