Product Apprentice

Our Apprenticeship Programme is open to all people. What you will be doing:
On a typical day, you will be completing a variety of tasks to support the team. This includes:

• Working collaboratively with the Savings Propositions Manager and wider Product and Proposition team to produce and maintain analysis covering competitors, savings markets, and product performance


• Assisting with the development, pricing, and management of the portfolio of products offered by OSB Group through its Savings brands


• Helping to develop new products and propositions, including improvements to current products and propositions that will appeal to our target customers - taking them from concept through to launch


• Supporting the team in identifying and developing new product ideas for our target customer audience to support in bringing them to market


• Drafting of marketing instructions for review by the Savings Product Team before submission to the Communications Team and Marketing Team.
  
  An inquisitive mind!


• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn the department from the ground up


• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point & Excel.


• Determination to learn and develop new skills, with the long term aim to progress.


• Minimum GSCE's (Grade 4/ C or above) in Mathematics and English and ideally working towards higher education in Year 13


• Right to work in the UK
