Part Time Accounts Assistant

The role will require occasional meetings with the Finance Manager so it would be ideal if you are located in the Aldershot area., Purchase Ledger Entries
- Expenses (staff, athlete, coaches)
- Self Funders (Sales Ledger)
- Dealing with Queries, liaising with staff, athletes and coaches
- Support the finance manager with various administrative tasks

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Assistant to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a finance role and proficiency in accounting software such as Sage Line50. You will be competent using Excel and Word. The role is home based, part time 3-4 hours per day Monday to Friday. You will need a dedicated work space to conduct your work., A strong understanding of finance and finance processes (essential)

- Excellent accounts administrative skills (essential)

- Excellent communication skills (essential)
- Proven experience working with accounting software ( Sage Line50, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Confident in working in foreign currencies
- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- Confident and proficient at both email and verbal communication
