Opportunity Development Manager
37 hrs per week
Salary - £38,223 rising to £39,186 following successful completion of induction and probation
2 years fixed term contract

We're looking for someone with all of these skills to help us take our strategy forwards. We're committed to growing and developing our impact and we are looking for someone to help us spot those opportunities and work out which we are best placed to take forwards.
This role will work alongside the senior leadership team to provide robust information and business cases which enable decisions about the future of the organisation. You're a natural networker who builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders easily. You'll be in your comfort zone researching and analysing data and information to draw out conclusions and produce overviews of what the data is revealing. You'll be able to work with a range of people to co-design effective solutions and to build evidence-based business cases to demonstrate the viability of a range of options. You'll be comfortable working alongside operational teams to design and incubate new services preparing them for market before handing them over to mainstream delivery.
To be successful in this role you will need to have ….
- A relevant professional qualification at degree level e.g. Business Development, Project Management

- Sound understanding of the social care sector and market
- Knowledge of social care standards and regulations and how these relate to practical operation of services
- Experience of working in a similar role where business case development and opportunity identification have been key features of the role
- Experience of managing multiple projects or a programme of work
- The ability to research and analyse data and information to draw conclusions and make recommendations
- The ability to gather information from a range of stakeholders
