Full Job Description

  • Work across a wide variety of projects to support operational outputs.

  • Coordinate internal resourcing, scheduling briefings and coordinating with the in-house production team to ensure that all tasks in the project are finished on time, with budgets and resource constraints in mind.

  • Act as coordinator and administrator for the annual audit across our portfolio of projects, working to the Director of Finance.

  • Travel management including booking flights and accommodation.

  • Support the project teams with finance, raising PO's, processing invoices, spend reconciliation and tracking spend.

  • Contract & compliance support, including archive content.

  • Management of freelance requirements, booking, and onboarding.

  • Support organising in-person and online events, including planning, logistics, venues.

  • Supporting the wider Operations team on an ad-hoc basis.

    Zinc Network is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support the wider Operations Department. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and experience managing multiple competing priorities at once in a busy working environment., You will have solid people management, communication and resourcing skills

  • Competence in using Microsoft Office applications such as word and excel.

  • Experience of travel coordination.

  • Confidence in tracking internal & third-party costs.

  • Resourcing and drafting contract agreement experience would be beneficial.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
