Full Job Description
- Undertaking tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, declining/boarding, plastering and decorating, and more on a daily basis
- Carrying out general maintenance work,repairs and installations
- To liaise closely with Contract Managers and supervisors to ensure work is completed to specifications.
- Completing all necessary paperwork to facilitate the billing of the client and completion of job reports.
- Ability to work to a high standard, organise daily workload and meet targets.
Own tools essential - CSCS/Relevant trade Card
- Abestos awareness qualifcations, Van supplied - Full valid UK driving license required
£150 - £190 a day - Permanent, Full-time, Freelance, Salary: Negotiable (depending on skills and experience)
