Marketing Coordinator

You will make people aware that we exist, generate interest from people with problems we can solve, show them how we can solve them and achieve their goals, and craft appropriate marketing messages for the right markets across different media channels to ensure our inbound lead generation targets and new client appointments are met most economically.

You will conduct research, market segmentation, targeting, and campaign success. You will assist with creating content for various marketing channels, including email, print, social media, content, and ads, and you will help maintain the marketing of our internal communications strategy to our existing client base.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make data-informed decisions through accurate research, reporting, updating spreadsheets and databases and analysis and optimisation.


• Organise, coordinate, and attend marketing internal campaigns, and promotional events for prospective clients and current clients.


• Created and ran paid social media and Google ads to generate hot leads and new clients.


• Copywriting and creative. Assist in researching, creating, and updating content in different media, including websites, social media, PR, blogs, email, and print.


• Created and optimised landing/sales pages, sales funnels, and lead magnets (CRO).


• Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.


• Capturing, documenting, organising and updating marketing processes.
  
  Understanding of online and offline marketing principles.


• Must have:

+ > 1+ years of experience in a marketing role with examples of inbound lead generation.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
+ Excellent command of English (Proficient/Native)
+ Ability to work under pressure
+ High attention to detail and Lover of data (highly analytical)
+ Creativity and Ability to think outside the box.
+ Live within a 30-minute commute to work in Poole, Dorset, at our head office.

• Great to have:

+ A degree in marketing, business studies, communications, public relations, video or film or a Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualification
+ Completed an internship, training or courses
+ Emotional skills of empathy, understanding emotional and psychological triggers of our target market
+ Wordsmith- copywriting solid abilities
+ Working knowledge of Google ads and meta ads in producing leads
+ Google Suite, canvas, WordPress, hubspot, semrush
+ Adobe Creative Suite graphic and web design
