Maintenance Assistant

As Maintenance Assistant you will assist with the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the hotel.,

• Complete maintenance work across all departments


• Respond to reported maintenance faults


• Supporting with proactive maintenance plans


• Respond to maintenance-related call-outs when required


• Ensuring the hotel is both safe and functional for our guests, by conducting regular checks
  
  Must have previous experience in a similar role, ideally from a hotel environment


• Good knowledge and understanding of general maintenance; redecoration, plumbing, electrical


• Good knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety


• Ability to work without close supervision and within established timeframes


• Flexible to work both during the week and at weekends, Maintenance: 1 year (required)

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
