Local Marketing Campaign Assistant - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

As a Local Marketing Campaign Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end executional delivery of all multi-channel Local Marketing campaigns across our store estate. Each campaign will be customer insight-led, creatively excellent and delivered with maximum operational efficiency., Support the delivery of Local Marketing Campaigns ensuring they are customer insight led, have the right mix of marketing channels (e.g., in-store marketing vs. digital) and are coherent, consistent and helpful for customers
Partnering with our Media Planning team to design engaging media plans
Managing the operational execution of local marketing including the brief, creative development, artwork sign off, print allocation, store communication and reviews
Briefing and managing our Channel teams from Shopper Marketing to Content to translate local marketing campaigns through-the-line
Ensuring cohesion and alignment across paid, owned and earned channels
Clearly and coherently communicate campaigns to retail colleagues to enable them to deliver first-class execution
Work collaboratively with creative, print and experiential suppliers to deliver each campaign right first time against critical path
Manage key documents including the weekly new store tracker and communicate all changes to the relevant stakeholders
Drive compliance and innovation within marketing channels
Supporting with monetisation of Media elements across local marketing

Previous experience of working in a retail environment and direct interaction with customers, with an understanding of store level retail operations and local marketing, alongside:

A passion for retail and creating excellent customer comms
A creative, curious, and thinking mind
The ability to translate insight into action
An eye for creative and a strategic brain
Excellent communications skills
A collaborative approach to working with agencies and stakeholders
Experience developing customer comms, preferably locally
