Full Job Description

  • Register landlord and tenant enquiries and book relevant appointments

  • Accompanied viewings with prospective tenants

  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries

  • Co-ordinating move-ins


  • Deal with maintenance issues

  • Deal progression

  • Property inspections

  • Generating and conducting viewings

  • Preparing sales brochures

  • Canvassing to bring on new properties

    The ideal candidate will be a career driven, extremely organized and well spoken team player who likes to achieve targets over and above those set. The successful candidate must be able to cope with the fast pace nature of the business and adapt accordingly.


    • You will receive initial and ongoing training.

    You must hold a full UK driving license and own your own car.,

  • Excellent verbal communication skills at ease dealing with a diverse client base

  • Excellent IT skills including Word

  • Flexible approach

  • Exceptional customer-service skills

  • Self motivated with a drive to exceed company and personal goals

  • Hold a full UK driving license and be a car owner

    Initial and on going training provided

  • Mon-Fri working week .

  • Fantastic career progression, £21,000 per annum plus commission on new instructions and mileage allowance.
