Full Job Description

  • Being part of the office-based team, answering enquires on the phone and email on a timely basis

  • Welcoming clients to the office, and adhering to Covid guidelines

  • Registering tenants and matching profiles to properties

  • Arranging and attending resident property viewings

  • Arranging referencing of residents and their check in to properties

  • To conduct property routine inspections

  • To manage property maintenance issues and liaising with contractors

  • Other activities such as business discovery, as requested by the office director

The ideal applicant will have some experience in this role and will have a positive and proactive attitude towards carrying out the key responsibilities.     The candidate should be knowledgeable of the local area and possess a car driving license.,
  • Administration experience in property management

  • Ideally you will have a minimum of 1 years' experience in property lettings

  • Reliable and honest with excellent communications skills

  • The ability to listen and respond appropriately

  • Well-presented and dressed smartly at all times

  • Self-motivated and proactive with a can do attitude

  • Ability to develop good relationships with landlords and residents

  • Well-organised, punctual, thorough and with a good attention to detail

  • Able to take the initiative and work with little or no supervision
