Full Job Description

We are looking for an individual who is energetic and enthusiastic about working collaboratively with young people and their families, offering containment and support to the wider nursing team. This individual should be committed to utilising acute nursing skills at the highest level to ensure the lease restrictive care possible is being delivered.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside the ward manager and be involved in the development of the nursing team and the wider development of CAMHS PICU service ., + Candidates not currently employed by the Trust who attend an interview for non-qualified Band 1-5 posts are required to undertake numeracy and literacy assessments.
+ Appointment to this post is subject to the trust receiving satisfactory references covering 3 years of employment or study. Please ask your referees to respond promptly to reference requests.
+ Employees are expected to undertake mandatory and statutory training related to their role.

You will need to have an interest in Positive Behaviour Support as this will be the model implemented on the ward, as well as an enthusiasm for acute management working with young people.
