Junior Project Manager

Your Mission:
As our Junior Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our IT project deliveries. Working closely with our technical team, you'll plan, schedule, and execute projects, ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery while exceeding client expectations.

Your Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver multiple projects concurrently, aligning with our strategy and plan


• Skilfully plan and schedule assigned projects


• Manage budgets with a keen eye on commercial awareness


• Operate within our PMO framework, maintaining high standards across all projects


• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and changes to prevent negative impacts


• Provide accurate and timely project reporting, keeping stakeholders informed every step of the way


• Manage client expectations on costs and timelines with finesse


• Keep project management systems up to date, ensuring transparency and efficiency


• Collaborate with Service Support teams for smooth project handover upon completion


• Uphold information security standards in compliance with our ISMS and relevant policies
  
  Essential:


• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment


• Demonstrable project planning skills


• Exceptional client communication and 3rd party management skills


• Effective troubleshooting and issue management abilities


• Excellent customer service ethos


Desirable:

• Project management certification


• Experience working within an MSP environment


• Experience in managing IT Infrastructure and end-user device projects
