Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Analyst to join our team. As an IT Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service., Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently
- Analyze and troubleshoot network connectivity problems, including VPN and firewall configurations
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems
- Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement IT solutions
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on the effective use of IT systems
- Document all IT-related activities, including troubleshooting steps and resolutions

Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with VPN configurations, firewall management, and network protocols
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Organized with excellent attention to detail,

  • Bachelor's (preferred), Technical support: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
