Full Job Description

Sarah McKenna HR Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting an HR & Payroll Coordinator for a 15-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave. This presents an exceptional opportunity for an experienced HR/Payroll Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team at their busy and vibrant head office on Newcastle Quayside. As an integral part of the Global HR team, you'll provide effective and client-centric support, reinforcing HR's commitment to a proactive and invaluable business partnership.

What You'll Do:

HR Admin Support: Act as the go-to for all HR admin queries, delivering accurate, friendly and helpful support. Manage Global HR administration throughout the full employee lifecycle (including maternity, paternity, starters, leavers).

Monitor and Support: Analyse and report on sickness and absence trends on a regular basis, working with HR Operations Partners to support managers with the process.

Payroll Processing: Manage collation of monthly payroll data for UK & European teams, ensuring accurate, timely and secure data sharing.

Drive HR Initiatives: Assist with projects such as wellbeing and employee engagement to driver forward the HR strategy.

HR Admin - Previous experience within an HR Administrative role is essential.

Payroll - Experience with payroll coordination or processing is highly desirable.

Excel - Accuracy and attention to detail, comfortable using excel and managing complex data spreadsheets.
