Full Job Description

To undertake the cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, Coppa club, Events and public areas to a quality standard.

Guest:

  • To clean hotel rooms quickly, neatly and efficiently and in line with the companies operating procedures

  • To ensure that all bedrooms are cleaned on time

  • To maintain a neat and clean carry box

  • To ensure that you carry out your daily tasks in accordance with health and safety so that it does not impact the guest

  • To maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards guests

  • To maintain a clean and professional appearance

  • Report any maintenance issues that you find, or guests make you aware of to the supervisor on duty

  • To clean Coppa club, events and to work to the set checklist


  • People:

  • To work closely with your HOD and team as well as other departments

  • To be polite at all times, reporting any complaints to your line manager

  • To report any suspicious incidents, substances, objects or character immediately to the Duty Manager/Line manager


  • Business:

  • To be polite at all times, reporting any complaints to the Housekeeping Manager

  • To report any suspicious incidents, substances, objects or character immediately to the Duty Manager

  • To act as a sales person, promoting the image of the hotel at all times


  • Corporate and Social Responsibilities:

  • To be aware of and comply with the Hotel's Policy on Health and Safety at work and fire policy.

  • To carry out all duties in a safe manner, having regards to the health, safety and welfare of all persons on the hotel premises

  • To be aware of and comply with the Hotel's rules and regulations

  • Personal hygiene to be of the highest standards

  • To have a solid understanding of the fire panel/procedure and your duties in case of a fire
