Full Job Description

As Health and Wellbeing Manager, you will be responsible for designing propositions for Health and Wellbeing within the Colleague Wellbeing framework.,

  • Design and develop Health & Wellness propositions and projects. This includes developing business cases, market research and managing tenders

  • Designing content for colleague engagement campaigns, focused on extending the reach and use of tools and resources

  • Managing suppliers and performance

  • Engaging with and influencing key stakeholders on defining key deliverables and implementation plans

  • Partnering and working collaboratively with teams across Tesco Sharing best practice

  • Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence


  • This role is responsible for the following areas:
  • Managing the Occupational Health Service including Workplace adjustments in the UK market

  • Working with experts, developing the blueprint of OH standards across all markets in Tesco Group

  • Managing the Health Assessment Programme for WL3+ in the UK market

  • Managing the UK Head office and Dundee Gym proposition including Gympass

    Operational implementation and delivery experience

  • Project and Change management experience

  • A good knowledge and experience of how the business works, commercial awareness, Disability Confident
