Grounds Maintenance Operative

We are looking for dynamic people to work on various sites. Ensuring all grounds maintenance services are delivered to a high standard to meet our customer expectations.

The individuals sought will have a basic level of competence to carry out relevant duties. Be able to work on their own initiative, identifying opportunities for improvement and development by being proactive, with a can-do attitude, who can also work as a team player. The successful candidate will be able to organise resources to deliver an effective service of grounds maintenance including but not limited to horticultural tasks such as:

· Grass cutting
· Hedge & shrub pruning
· Site clearance
· Planting
· Strimming and spraying of hard surfaces · photos & risk assessments
· litter picking
.Experience preferred
.Full UK driving licence essential
