Full Job Description

Solarvista Software is a Sheffield based software developer, our solutions are used by many well-known companies to manage their remote workforces and customer service operations., Your role as a Graduate Consultant will involve working with customers to configure the platform to meet their requirements. You will work towards leading your own onboarding projects and become responsible for gathering requirements, arranging meetings and tracking progress.

Typical day to day activities might include:

  • Supporting customers throughout the onboarding process.

  • Speaking with clients about how to solve problems using Solarvista's software packages.

  • Identifying efficiencies and improvements for customer usage of the software.

  • Managing your time and making sure client deadlines are met.

  • Developing Logic Apps in Microsoft Azure to provide additional functionality (data import/export, 3rd party system connectivity, etc.).

  • Supporting customers on a long-term basis to ensure they continue to derive benefit from their usage of the Solarvista products/services.

  • Working closely with the engineering team to improve the product.

    Solarvista are growing rapidly and are looking to recruit personable and consultative graduates to help provide a fantastic customer experience for those using our products. Solarvista's platform is entirely Cloud/SaaS based and resides exclusively in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem., Be a graduate from any degree discipline, but graduates with more data-focussed degrees (e.g., IT, Sciences etc.) are particularly encouraged to apply.

  • Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, enabling effective communications with customers and team members.

  • Be able to solve problems, responding to clients' needs by suggesting solutions and improvements.

  • Be able to multitask, balancing several clients and tasks at once.

  • Be familiar with Microsoft products: Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Office 365, etc.

  • Have an interest in IT and a basic understanding of programming languages.


  • The following would be a bonus, but don't be put off if not:
  • Any recognised industry certification would be an advantage.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Logic Apps (or similar).
