General Builder

We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our team. As a Builder, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and renovating various structures. The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple areas of construction and possess a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

- Perform various construction tasks including but not limited to First fix carpentry, basic plumbing (water), basic joinery, basic property maintenance (site maintenance, fencing) roofing, painting, masonry and electrical work

- Use power tools and hand tools to complete assigned projects

- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Proven experience as a Builder or similar role

- Proficient in multiple areas of construction such as plumbing, roofing, painting, masonry, welding, fabrication, electrical work, and carpentry

- Strong knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in construction

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
