full house refurbishments

Grafter currently has a client looking to fill a role with the following description: We are private landlord with a small property portfolio in Darwen/Blackburn.
Recently purchased a portfolio of 6 properties (2-4 bed terraced houses) on a bridging finance and are looking to partially refurbish all of them. Some will need full kitchen and bathroom refurbishment. Others will only need budget uplifts on the existing kitchen/bathroom. General decoration/painting for walls and woodwork. Also curb appeal (mending fences/patch rendering yard wall/adding gate/fixing small brick walls/painting) etc.
We need to uplift the properties to add value to them and refinance them at a higher price. We will be working in a budget but looking nice.
