Full Job Description

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Purchase Ledger - Accounts Payable

  • Sales Ledger - Accounts Receivable

  • Credit Card Reconciliation

  • Bank Payments.

  • Bank Reconciliation

  • Online VAT Returns - Payments, reconciliation

  • Payroll including pensions - posting journal, NI AND PAYE payments.

  • Sage 50 reconciliation

  • HR knowledge (desirable)

  • Point of contact of staff Queries

  • Overseeing of the Accounts administrator.

  • Forecasting cashflow

  • General Ad hoc office administration to director

    We are looking for a suitable candidate (Part or Full Time) who will have a professional outgoing personality, be hard working and outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within an office environment. Wage dependant on experience., Must be able to work on own initiative.

  • Confident in dealing with people at all levels.

  • Works well under pressure and deal with deadlines., Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

  • Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
